Red Deer: ‘Red deer stag with group of hinds seen from summit Ben Duill, lots of other stags around and another group of hinds with, as yet, no stag – lots of roaring going on!,’ (PR)

Hen Harrier: 1 ‘female, hunting by moor road btwn Torloisk and Dervaig,’ (PR)
Sparrowhawk: 1 hunting at Haunn cottages
Merlin: ‘Male perched on rock in garden at Middle Cottage,’ (PR)
Golden Plover: 2 below Toechtamhor cottage (Prasad), 1 ‘seen from track btwn Haunn and farm,’ (PR)
Common Ringed Plover: ‘Small flock of ringed plover at sunset, Calgary Beach,’ (PR)
Northern Wheatear: 1 ‘seen from track btwn Haunn and farm,’ (PR)
Otter: 1 ‘viewed at Traigh na Cille by Kilninian, hunting inshore and exploring up the rocks and vegetation – was approx 7 metres away at one point and very inquisitive!,’ (PR)

Twite: ‘Flock of approx 20 feeding on seed heads by East Cottage,’ (PR)
Bottle-nosed Dolphin: pod of at least four adults and one juvenile deep in Calgary bay between the pink pier and the beach giving a great diving display

Brent Goose: 6 at Rubh’ a’ Chaoil- just south of Port Haunn (ST & LS)
Gannet: 50+ along Treshnish coast (ST & LS)
Long-tailed Tit: 15+ feeding at ‘Treshnish farm entrance’ (ST & LS)
Coal Tit: 10+ feeding at ‘Treshnish farm entrance’ (ST & LS)

Tawny Owl: 1 seen buzzing the dogs at the cow-barn and another calling nearby
Lapwing: 7 ‘S over Port Haunn’ (ST & LS)
Barnacle Goose: 16 ‘S over Port Haunn’ (ST & LS)
Goose sp: about 25 each flying south over Treshnish boathouse (Leena)
Long-tailed Tit: 4+ at Torloisk House by the road (NM4045)
